This is not a speedtest, or not quite, but the files below can be used to emulate one, more or less. Do make sure you remove the downloaded files locally, as they *will* take up space needlessly!
Going to redir-to-me will redirect you to your own IP address, a sort of a poor-man's "what's my IP" service. Your IP address is also available in the x-your-ip-address headers in responses. The (simple) Apache configuration for how this was performed is in test.anarc.at.conf.
